Ordinances

Ordinances are written laws adoptes by the municipal governing authority that serve as permanent, enforceable laws. Ordinances can come with penalities and fines (unless amended or repealed through the adoption of a new ordinance). The majority of ordinances deal with mintaining public health and safety, zoning, public morals, behavior, and the general welfare of citizens,
