Code Enforcement

One of the Village of Napoleonville City Hall's primary responsibility is to enforce municipal codes that address property nuisances, zoning, public safety issues, and environmental protection for the safety and welfare of our citizens and promote an attractive environment. When violations are found, City Hall will work with citizens to achieve compliance through an efficient and fair process.

Violations That Contribute to the Decline of a Neighborhood

  • Grass and weeds over 12 inches
  • Trash and debris
  • Storing or parking junked, inoperable and/or dismantled vehicles
  • Junkyard
  • Improper use of streets, right of ways, and side walks
  • Structures in disrepair
  • Unsecured vacant and/or derelict houses
